How do I sell or collaborate with you?

We’re happy to know that you like what we do. Please get in touch via our contact form and tell us about your business. We’d love to collaborate with individuals and brands that are a good fit. Know a maker, hobbyist or company we should know about? We’d love to hear from you too!

Can you source something for me?

We do love a good treasure hunt. If you have something in mind that you think we can help you find, say a rug, vase or dining ware in a certain colour scheme, size or design, do drop us a message via our contact form and we’ll try to source it for you.

What is your exchange and refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your order, but if not, we offer in-store returns for unused and undamaged items (exclusions apply, see below). Receipts are required for returns and exchanges. Please note that natural materials like wood and stone are prone to variations including shifts in color, knots and chips. These are not considered defects but rather add to the uniqueness of each piece.

We offer full refunds for items within 7 days of purchase, and exchanges and store credit for items returned within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer exchanges and refunds for sale, found and vintage items so please inspect all items carefully before purchase.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

If you are an interior designer who wants to place a substantial order with us, please send us a message via our contact form.
